Access depends on your local law and is available where Indian regulations permit it. We recommend checking the rules that apply to your specific state before opening an account. We do not make eligibility decisions on your behalf.

Email our Data Officer with your registered account number and a clear request for a data copy. We will compile and send your data file within the timeframe required by applicable law, usually within 30 days of receiving your request.

Transactional and identity records are retained for the period required by law after account closure. After that period, your data is deleted from our active systems. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Disputes are handled first through our support escalation process. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, the matter defaults to the jurisdiction declared in your account registration region, under the applicable laws of that area.

Our terms govern the account relationship and transaction records on our side. UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are also subject to each provider's own terms. We operate alongside those terms and notify you if any conflict arises.

We update our terms when required by regulatory changes or platform updates. We notify you by email to your registered address at least 14 days before any change takes effect, giving you time to review the update before it applies to your account.
